All Politics is Local - Thomas Phillip O'Neill Sr. Being a resident of this wonderful small town, I did my civic duty and attended the monthly city council meeting yesterday. I don't believe I've ever knowingly attended a meeting like this in any of the towns where we've lived.
It was an enlightening time and I now know how much I don't know about this little town. I've lots to learn. I also was made aware that there is a trickle down effect in politics from an international/national view all the way to a town of fewer than 500 residents.
As I learn more about this wonderful small town I'll be updating on the goings on.
