Too often when you are doing the work of manifestation, you keep looking at the results of your thinking instead of feeling your way within your thoughts. It would be easy to lose your way. This is because whenever you are giving your attention primarily to the way things are, you are hindering the expansion of what-is. It is better for you to focus primarily on the way you feel while giving little attention to the manifestations as they are unfolding. Let go and allow the expansion of what-is to happen unhindered.

Holding powerful desires in the midst of great resistance is like running your car into trees. It doesn’t feel pleasant. Some try to correct the imbalance by slowing down the car. They deny their desire or give up upon it. With great effort, they are able to diminish the power of their desires to some degree. But the better way would be to reduce your level of resistance. It is not your desire that you should give up, but it is your resistance. You can still focus on the pure desire without worrying about the limitations.

Behind every desire is the desire to feel good. There is no desire that anyone holds which does not serve to bring them positive feelings at some level. The basis of life is freedom and the result of life is expansion. But the purpose of life is joy. The manifestation is always because of the joy it brings. It is always about the way you feel in the moment. The act of flowing energy is essential to life. Manifestation is the act of flowing energy towards an object with your attention. Creating is the very process of living.

You are an extension of Source Energy. When you are allowing your full connection to the Source, you feel good. To the degree that you disallow your connection, you feel less good. When you focus on something you appreciate, there’s no contradiction in your Energy since the vibrational state of your thought is similar to who you really are as Source Energy. Appreciation and self love are the two most important aspects you can nurture. They are the aspects by which you connect fully with Your Source.

In the moment of appreciation, you are offering no resistance to who you are. So your resulting feeling would be love, joy or the feeling of appreciation. You are feeling very good. But in the moment of fear, doubt or worry, you would not feel good. The vibrational state of your thought is very different from your Source. It is a thought that does not match who you really are. You would feel the discord of your vibration through your emotions. Focus on appreciation to allow source energy to flow without resistance.

The ultimate act of selfishness is to connect with The Self. If everyone in the world connected to their Source Energy, there would be no assaults, for there would be no jealously, insecurity, or uncomfortable feelings of competition. If everyone understood the power of their own Being, they would not seek to control others. Any feelings of insecurity and hatred are a disconnection from who you really are. Your selfish connection with Well Being would only bring Well-Being. Our complete self is The Universe.

When you feel strong emotion, it means you are summoning a great deal of Source Energy toward your desire. When your strong emotions feel bad like fear, depression or despair, it means you are offering resistance to your desire. When your strong emotions feel good like love, passion or hope, it means you are offering no resistance to your desire. You are in a state of allowing the unfolding of your desire. Desire it, do not resist it, and it is. Allow yourself to feel strong emotions and direct them positively.

The perfect situation is to really, really want something that you truly believe is possible. When the combination of desire and belief is present within you, things will unfold quickly and easily in your experience. But when you want something that you do not believe is possible, it does not unfold easily since you are not allowing it into your current experience. When you have strong desire but with resistance, the thing to work on is your belief. Direct your mind towards thinking why it is possible and expect it.

If you have been thinking and speaking about where you are all along, it is not easy to suddenly shift your vibration and begin thinking and feeling something very different. The law of attraction says that you do not have access to thoughts and feelings that are very far from where you are vibrating. But you can access better thoughts that are vibrationally nearer to you, and then from those thoughts access even better thoughts that are vibrationally higher. Vibrational shifting is a deliberate and gradual process.

When you try to jump vibrational ranges, you are not doing things the natural way and therefore find yourself keep unbalancing. This brings feelings of discouragement that eventually causes you to conclude that you really do not have control of your own life experiences. Doing things the natural way is how you best allow the manifestation of your desires to unfold to greater and greater levels over time. Each time you move from your center by getting ahead of yourself, you unbalance and fall. Go forth gradually.

When you are conscious of who you really are, and deliberately choose thoughts that are in alignment with who you really are, your world will also fall in alignment. Well Being will show itself in all areas of your life. Focus on the inner world of truth more than the outer world of conditions. You can never directly see what you are trying to manifest until it is manifested. That’s why you have to feel your way through. The path of feeling is how you travel in the dark unmanifest until the invisible becomes visible.
