Always remember that wherever you are is perfect. You don’t have to feel that you need to be some place better in order to get to where you want to be. You are in the perfect position to get there from here. Nothing in your environment has to change in order for you to begin deliberately connecting to the stream of wellbeing. You could be facing bankruptcy, you could be in the middle of a divorce, or you could be in jail. But you are still in the perfect place to begin, and it does not require a great deal of time.

It only requires a simple understanding of universal laws, and a determination to move toward a state of allowing. When you drive your car from one place to another, you have an awareness of your starting place as well as an awareness of where you are going. You accept that in time you will arrive at your destination. You may feel anxious to get there and maybe even tired of the journey, but you do not get discouraged to the point that you turn around and go back, or drive back and forth until you quit driving.

But yet we seem to do just that when we are traveling towards our destination in the spiritual realm. We get discouraged when we still have not arrived at our destination after quite some time, and we start thinking thoughts that turn us in the opposite direction. Then after awhile we switch back to thinking thoughts that move us towards our destination again. Reality is holographic. As below, so above. We can understand movement in the spiritual realm by seeing how movement takes place in physical realm.

Desire for a thing increases when its opposite is experienced. When the opposite of a thing arises, we have a situation of contrast. Looking at a contrast, a clear desire would emanate from us. But often rather than giving attention purely to the desire itself, you focus back on the contrasting situation that gave birth to the desire. In doing so, your vibration is more about problem that ignited the desire than it is about the desire itself. The law is a schoolmaster to grace. Put away the law when we find grace.

There are two factors to focusing creative energy. The first is the speed of energy and the second is your level of allowing it. The speed of energy depends on the amount of time you have spent focusing on your desire and to the degree you have become specific. When you have been focusing on a desire for some time, your summoning power is much greater than if you are thinking about it for the first time today. The contrast you experience over time also helps you to become even more specific about it.

Once a desire has achieved good speed, it is quite easy for you to feel how you are doing with your level of allowing. When you are thinking about something that you have been wanting for a very long time, but in this moment you are noticing that it is has not yet happened, a strong negative emotion would be present within you. However, if you are imagining that it is happening, then you would experience the emotion of anticipation or eagerness. Your feeling can tell you whether you are allowing or resisting.

It seems rather normal to give your attention to whatever is in front of you. Changing reality by giving your attention elsewhere is a deliberate act of choice. It is to change the normal into something else that you prefer. It is more about guiding your thoughts than controlling them. It is easier to guide your thoughts by reaching for a feeling. When you reach for a higher feeling, you are switching to a different river where your thoughts can flow effortlessly in. The river of feeling guides your thoughts with its flow.

When you give attention to a thought, the law of attraction draws other thoughts that are in vibrational harmony with your thought. This makes your thought a more distinct, more powerful and more attractive thought. As you continue to focus, your more powerful thought is joined by others like it and so on. That is why the power of focused thought increases exponentially. You need to continue focusing on your desire to increase the speed by which it moves, and work on your level of allowing to draw it all in.

Your emotional guidance system is the key to knowing what your vibration is and your exact current point of attraction. It may be hard to tell the difference between your thought of your desire and your thought of its absence because they may seem the same thing. But it is easy to tell the difference between your emotional response to your thought of your desire and your thought of its absence. Because when you are fully focused upon your desire, you feel wonderful. There is no resistance or mismatch.

When you really, really want something, and you are thinking about your desire and feeling pleasure from the thought, you are now in alignment with your desire, and the current from your Source is flowing through you toward your intended desire with no restriction or resistance. This is allowing. But when you feel fear or discouragement, you are focused upon the opposite of your desire. The degree of negative emotion that you are now experiencing is the degree of resistance to the receiving of your desire.

When you focus upon the absence of something that you truly want, you feel awful. Your emotions always let you know what you are doing with your vibration and exactly what your point of attraction is. By paying attention to your emotions and deliberately thinking thoughts that make you feel wonderful about your desire, you consciously guide yourself into the vibrational frequency that will allow the fulfillment of any desire you hold. Use your emotional guidance and deliberate thinking to manifest all desire.
