Here is a simple recipe for a quick and delicious Greek salad that is perfect for a light meal or as a side dish try t tonight.

Ingredients:

3 tomatoes, cut in wedges
½ cucumber, cut in round and then into ¼’s
½ med red onion, in rings...
½ green pepper, diced
4 Tbsp. Kraft Calorie Wise Feta & Oregano Dressing (or make your own with EVOO, lemon juice,oregano,etc)

I can black olives, sliced and drained
1c part-skimmed feta cheese, crumbled


Directions:

Add all veggies to salad bowl. Add feta cheese and dressing just before serving. Toss gently.
For a complete meal, serve with garlic or cheese toast. Makes 3-4 servings.
