The day before Jackie's 21st birthday Uncle Paulie Franchetti Don of the New York mob put a hit out on his head. But little did Paulie know, Jackie had a secret entity hidden deep within The Darkness, An evil force that has been apart of the Estacado family for years. With the Darkness unleashed and Jackie seeking revenge, Can Paulie and his thugs survive?
Gameplay: ( This is not your normal POW POW shooter) The controls for The Darkeness will seem common for a fps game.The Darkness provides Jackie with an unholy arsenal of two Beastly tendrils and Darklings to do your dirty work. ( Don't walk towards the light) It's only fitting that The Darkness have a weakness and what better than light, So that could pose some what of an added challenge.
Graphics: The graphics aren't what you would call gorgeous but they suffice, considering its an older title.
Sound: ( Yeah Yeah see ) The voice acting makes you feel as if your meeting with Godfather himself, The Tendrils and Darklings add a little flavor and humor to the game with wise cracks every now and then.
Egem-Mag Verdict Definitely worth playing and at a price like $5 you can't lose.
