Alright alright, I'll admit it, I'm a freak for history! Especially when it comes to the knights templar and freemasonry. So naturally I was excited when I first heard about this game.
Game-wise it plays out a little like a mix between an Elder scrolls game with an assassin's creed like story, just not as fleshed out. The story is really good. The voice acting, character dialog and combat...not so much...don't get me wrong theres nothing really wrong with the game. It feels like it was a little rushed. I like it but its flawed. Def worth a rental but not so sure on droppin 60 bucks on it is a great idea.
The story is where it really shines if you can get past some of the idiotic banter between your character and some npc's but it gets better the further you get into it. It puts you in the boos of a knight of the templar order and your quest for the holy grail with a lot of unnecessary distractions along the way.
Theres much room for improvement here if there are plans for a sequel. Theres a lot of potential as well. I did dig it from a historical standpoint, but thats really it. I give it a 3 out of 5 bags.
