Hello kiddies! It’s your friendly neighborhood zombie slaughterer back with another review, so lets get to it. If you've played through Resident evil 4 and 5 then you're certainly familiar with the mercenaries’ mode. This is basically an extended version of that in 3d. With 30+ missions, 8 playable characters, local and online co-op and all the zombie killing goodness you'd expect from a resident evil game.
The visual in this game are really what get me, they absolutely push the limits of the 3ds system as the game runs on the same graphics engine as R.E.5, its something I personally never expected to see on a handheld in my lifetime. Capcom did a hell of a job with it and I'm really impressed.
Outside of Mercenaries mode, which obviously there’s a ton of fun to be had with, there’s not much else here other than a short playable demo for R.E. revelations, which is another 3ds R.E exclusive due out next year I believe. So if you love you some resident evil and merc mode or a fan of ruthlessly slaughtering zombies in general than this bud is for you!
