We are Mash Direct , a Comber business growing, cooking, packaging and delivering mashed potato and freshly steamed mashed vegetables. You have probably heard of us or even bought our delicious mash or veg in the shops. We are winners of multiple awards for the products that we prepare here on the farm including the BBC Radio 4 Farming Awards (Finalist 2007) and the Northern Ireland Food and Drink Awards 2007. The Mash Bus is a converted double-decker bus that visits events and outdoor shows all around Ireland. The bus is a mobile mash machine that opens up at the side to provide high quality sausage and mash meals to event visitors with style and taste as the premium ingredients!
