Snow Plowing on Sundays?

I'm writing this late on Sunday afternoon.  At this time I've seen and heard, only one snow plow go by on State Highway 13 and that was sometime in the last hour.  Our street hasn't been plowed nor sanded.  

Living on a hill makes getting in and out of our driveway and up to the highway a bit of a challenge.  Maybe I'll start a go fund me or kick starter page for a good snowblower or possible a 4 wheel drive truck with an attached plow.  I'll make use of it for the neighbors and to supplement what the city and county doesn't attend to.
