Michael Flynn, former National Security Advisor for the Trump administration has pleaded guilty. That’s the beginning of the end for the Trump administration and their evil minions. Not so fast.

Prior to your partying like it’s 1999, let us take a look at a few facts. Just what is a special prosecutor? Aside from the legal definition, Robert Mueller had been tasked with uncovering collusion between the Trump administration and the evil, feared Russians. And what has Mueller found?

Mueller has found everything but collusion. Indictments against Paul Manafort, Rick Gates, and George Papadopoulos have also been missing any collusion. The best Mueller’s expensive taxpayer-funded harassment and molestation of these individuals are sadly laughable.  Charged under 18 U.S. Code 1001, Flynn’s charge is a mere footnote in the world of legal prosecutions. Flynn has pleaded guilty to one count of giving a false statement to the FBI, nothing more.

There is and was nothing criminal or illegal about the incoming Trump administration contacting foreign governments. Given the lack of criminality or illegality in the contact, who or whom asked to told Flynn to contact the Russians is moot. The supposed bombshell legal indictment is a dud in every sense and doesn’t impact President Trump in any way. However, on Friday you would have thought it was the end of the world for President Trump and his administration.

Mueller has been tasked with his job for the past six months and so far has little if anything to show for it that a first-year lawyer wouldn’t have been able to uncover. This ongoing sideshow has cost you the taxpayer in excess of $5 million dollars. Despite all of the sound and furry of Russia, Russia, Russia, and the supposed collusion, Mueller’s got nothing.
