The statist left media is quick to jump to calling this a hate crime. While that might be so-
a crime motivated by racial, sexual, or other prejudice, typically one involving violence.
there are certainly other crimes with which the perpetrators can and likely be charged. How about kidnapping? Are there any federal offenses or statutes that are applicable in this case?
Other unanswered questions -
Do the alleged perpetrators have previous records?
Are the alleged perpetrator's repeat/serial offenders?
And let us end the hackneyed, refrain, "If this had been white boys doing this to a black child." Stop!!! It wasn't and didn't happen in this case so let's focus on the incident and crime at hand.
