There is an option here on this site for surveys. I note that I'm new to creating surveys and it shows in the amount of response to the few survey's I've created here.
I had to take a couple of survey's this afternoon, while on two different local newspaper sites. It was apparent to me that the creator of the survey hadn't really thought the questions and possible answers out fully. I had to choose a close answer to the question which didn't reflect the reality of our situation to their initial question.
It goes to show just how much thought needs to go into survey questions and potential answers.
